Community Based Therapy

The KRS team sees the individual's community as the treatment environment. The client needs to practice what they have learned in a controlled clinical environment, so the KRS team schedules treatment in their community.

  • Putting large groups of people with disabilities in one program
  • Disrupting the natural proportion of individuals with and without disabilities in the community

  • "Caring for" or "looking after" people with disabilities

Additional Information

Depending on the person's medical diagnosis, this program could qualify for insurance benefits. A physician's prescription will be required for insurance billing.
